Delighted to announce we have been voted Grassroots Club of the Year by the East Riding County FA... Wow!
We are simply over the moon with the accolade. The East Riding has many great clubs. Therefore, it is extra special to receive such recognition. We are one small example of all the hard work that goes in daily across the grassroots football community within our county.
We would like to thank all our volunteers: committee members, coaches and most importantly our players for their outstanding contributions. Without these volunteers there simply wouldn't be a Football Club. Thank you, you are all awesome!
This award comes at a significant time for the Club - Established in 1920, last year marked our centenary.
It is exciting times for the Football Club. Led by the PFA our Brown Moor football development site is progressing nicely. This will provide better and more playing facilities. A much welcomed boost, as our membership is expanding every season. The new U10's Girls team a shining example.
Lastly and importantly, thank you to the East Riding County FA not only for this award recognition, but also the ongoing help and support. It is invaluable and helps to know as a club we have the backing and expertise of our County FA. Thank you.
